Brand assets
- Your business logo (a clear image file)
- Your preferred brand colours (or we can suggest a palette)
- A short description of your business for your homepage
Business information
- Business name and tagline
- Contact phone, email and WhatsApp
- Physical address and a map location
- Opening hours
- Social media links (if any)
Products or services
- A list of your products, services or menu items
- Prices in your local currency
- Clear photos of your key products or services
- Categories (e.g. mains, drinks, retail, services)
Payment methods
- Which local payment gateway you want to connect (subject to eligibility)
- Whether you accept bank transfer, cash, or pay-on-pickup
- Your delivery or pickup options
You don't need all of this on day one. You can start with the basics and add more products, photos and payment options anytime from your business portal.
