Terms of Service

Sky High Pacific provides a professional website, an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) and a business management portal, with hosting, SSL, products/services management, customer enquiries and orders, local payment integration options, basic SEO/AEO setup and basic technical support. Premium templates and Sky High Business Care are optional paid add-ons.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information. Your domain is registered in your name or your business's name. You own and control your domain. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Sky High Pacific charges a flat subscription fee. We do not take a percentage of your customer payments. Customer payments go directly to your own payment provider or bank arrangement. Payment provider availability and approval are subject to each provider's own merchant onboarding and are not guaranteed by Sky High Pacific.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to publish content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

You retain ownership of your business content, branding and images. Sky High Pacific retains ownership of the platform, templates and software. Included templates may be used within your subscription; premium templates are licensed per the terms of their purchase.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, SSL and infrastructure are included. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, including payment gateways and internet service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky High Pacific's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the relevant billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
